​Champlain Valley Properties is Middlebury's newest Real Estate company, but is staffed with experienced agents. Nancy Foster has been a Broker over 35 years and most recently worked for 21 years as a RE/MAX Broker. She has been in the Middlebury area for much of her life and is very knowledgeable about Real Estate in Addison County. Robin Foster Cole is Nancy's daughter and has been in Real Estate for 3 years. Diana Berthiaume has been a licensed REALTOR for 10+ years. Mandy and John are our newest REALTORS, but like the other agents at Champlain Valley Properties they have grown up in the Middlebury area and are familiar with Addison County.
